My work explores the relationship between abstraction and figuration. Time constitutes the central axis of my practice, which unfolds through the interaction between these two visual languages.

In my paintings, I remove everything that I consider unnecessary in order to preserve only what is essential. By reducing the visual language to its fundamental elements, I seek to intensify the expressive potential of each one. I am interested in how material, gesture, and the accumulation of layers transform the figure, situating it within a pictorial field where order and chaos coexist.

A dialogue between the figure and the pictorial field lies at the core of my work, where time acts as a transformative force, revealing the fragility inherent to the transient nature of existence.

Mi trabajo explora la relación entre la abstracción y la figuración. El tiempo constituye el eje central de mi investigación, que desarrollo a través de la interacción entre ambos lenguajes.

En mi pintura elimino todo lo accesorio para conservar únicamente aquello que considero esencial. Al reducir el lenguaje visual a sus elementos fundamentales, busco intensificar la capacidad expresiva de cada uno de ellos. Me interesa cómo la materia, el gesto y la superposición de capas transforman la figura, situándola en un campo pictórico donde conviven orden y caos.

Mi trabajo se articula mediante un diálogo entre la figura y el campo pictórico, donde el tiempo actúa como una fuerza transformadora, revelando la fragilidad inherente a toda condición transitoria.
